If you are not completely satisfied with a new IRMI manual in print format, return it in good condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. After the first year, you can cancel a print manual's supplement service at any time and we will return the unused portion of the subscription fee. (The supplement service during the first year of your purchase is free. Thus no refund is available for canceling during the first 12 months.)

You can cancel a subscription to IRMI Online at any time (by calling us and deleting all related files from your computer system) and we will return the unused portion of the subscription fee.
