for Insurance Specifications has replaced the fourth edition. We have

Commercial Property
Insurance updates and expands the discussion of
protecting the interests of others in covered property, to address new standard
endorsements and to add caselaw on
builders risk subrogation. It also provides updated versions of the direct damage and
time element commercial property coverage overviews that reflect the latest
round of changes in standard commercial property forms. An updated discussion
of
selecting commercial property limits of insurance is provided, as well.
Contractual Risk Transfer updates
the discussions of alternative dispute
resolution (ADR), analyzing risks
in construction contracts, strategies
for contract insurance requirements, and construction contract insurance requirements.

to subscribers to Commercial
Property Insurance or
Personal Risk Management and Insurance.
New Edition
Guidelines
for Insurance Specifications contains model specifications for 24
commonly purchased types of commercial lines insurance. This thorough guide
explains how to properly bid insurance programs, clearly communicating the insured's
coverage requirements. The guidelines are presented in Word documents which

Forms
This month, 339 forms and endorsements have been added to the Forms manuals. These include ISO
countrywide and state-specific personal lines watercraft forms, countrywide businessowners
forms, and countrywide financial institutions crime forms. Also included are AAIS countrywide businessowners forms. The
Forms manuals now include more than
23,390 sample policy forms.
