The Risk Report, the annual

environmental, umbrella, D&O, employment practices, and professional liability,
as well as the property, workers compensation, and surety markets.
The September issue of

strategic reviews
performed by outside consultants.
Reference Manuals
Commercial Auto Insurance
is devoted to a review and updating of state motor vehicle statutes—including
statutory provisions with respect to motor vehicle registration, financial responsibility,
compulsory liability, uninsured and underinsured motorists, and no-fault provisions.
This supplement includes updated pages for
Montana through
Wyoming. Also included
in the supplement are updated UM/UIM pages for
Nevada,
New Mexico, and
Wyoming.
Commercial Property
Insurance continues the expansion of the ISO annotated forms section
of the manual. It adds relevant caselaw and related commentary on the covered
causes of loss provision and the exclusions in the
special causes of loss form (CP 10 30).
Construction Risk
Management updates the discussions of
crime insurance,
A201 risk allocation provisions, and
standard form construction contract indemnity provisions. The
state
construction anti-indemnity chart is also updated, as is the chart showing
states' positions on coverage for construction defects in the CGL policy.
The
Construction
Risk Management Newsletter provides updates on construction and insurance
industry developments.
D&O MAPS
has been expanded to include the following policies and analyses.
Personal Risk Management
and Insurance updates the side-by-side comparisons of the ISO
PAP (January 2005 version) to various insurer forms (see the
Executive Briefing for more information).
The supplement also updates the section on
personal auto loss exposures, hazards, and loss control. In addition, the
ISO
personal auto endorsement lists and the
state auto
laws chart are both updated, and one section of the annotated
homeowners liability discussion is expanded. Lastly, this supplement updates
several UM/UIM and no-fault
coverage state pages.
