By using this product, you signify your Assent and Agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not access or use IRMI Online.

Ownership, License, and Use Restrictions

IRMI warrants, and you accept, that IRMI, or other specifically identified Content Providers, are the owners of the copyright of the Content of IRMI Online. (A "Content Provider" is a person or organization that has provided information or other Content that is included in this product.) IRMI and its Content Providers reserve all rights and no intellectual property rights are conferred to you by this agreement.

Confidentiality of Passwords

You agree to treat your product password as strictly private and confidential. This password is unique to you and you agree not to share it with other people, whether employed by your organization or not.

Subscription Fees

IRMI charges subscription fees for access to portions of this product. Fee payments authorize a specific number of individuals to access specified Content within this product for a specified period of time. Individual passwords are provided to each authorized user. Additional Content (i.e., additional titles) can be added to a subscription at any time by contacting IRMI and paying the associated additional fee.

You agree to pay all such fees and charges incurred through your account. In addition, you agree to pay any applicable taxes relating to use of this product through your account.

Trial Subscription

IRMI will occasionally provide prospective subscribers with access to some or all of the Content within this product for the purpose of evaluating the service. No fee is charged for such trial subscription access. If you are provided access with a trial subscription, you agree to use this product only for the purpose of determining whether to subscribe. You agree not to copy any material from this product into a file or print any material from this product to retain for future use.

Your subscription will terminate immediately without notice: (1) at IRMI's sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement, or (2) at the conclusion of your paid or trial subscription period if you do not choose to renew your subscription.

Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this product (or materials obtained from the specific publication being terminated if a subscription to only a portion of the Content is being terminated) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

In the event your subscription is terminated prior to the conclusion of your paid subscription period for some reason other than your failure to comply with any term in this agreement, you will be entitled to a refund of the unused subscription fee. This will be computed by dividing the number of days remaining in the subscription by the number of days for which you had paid.

Privacy

IRMI respects your privacy. We do not sell, give, or rent the e-mail addresses of our customers to other companies (except companies whose products or services you purchase through our Web sites). For additional details, please read our Privacy Statement.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use will apply to each and every access to this product. IRMI reserves the right to issue revisions to these Terms of Use by publishing a revised version on this product. The revised version will then apply to all use by you following the date of publication. Each access of information from IRMI Online will be a separate, discrete transaction based on the then prevailing terms.

These Terms of Use and the license granted may not be assigned or sublet by you without IRMI's written consent in advance.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any action you bring to enforce this agreement or any matters related to this product shall be brought in either the State or Federal Courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

This product is based in the United States of America. If you access this site from another country, you are responsible for compliance with the applicable local laws. Access from regions where the site content is illegal or restricted is prohibited. If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
