• Microsoft Windows XP/Vista
• Latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox
• Latest Microsoft-recommended security and software updates from Windows Update
• JavaScript and cookie support must be enabled in your Web browser and, if applicable, personal or corporate firewall
• Display resolution of 800 by 600 pixels (SVGA) or higher; 1024 by 768 pixels or higher recommended for optimal viewing
• Internet connection; broadband (i.e., high-speed) connection highly recommended for best performance

While IRMI Online may work with other operating systems and browsers, IRMI does not provide support for these configurations.

Optional

Most content in IRMI Online is in standard HTML format that requires only the Internet Explorer Web browser to view. However, some content such as forms and checklists are in Adobe Acrobat PDF file format or Microsoft Word DOC file format. In order to view these forms, the following software is needed. Note that Microsoft Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Microsoft Word Viewer are all available free of charge.
