liability for guests' property, safe deposit box coverage form K

Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), crime form (CR 00 12), which covers the insured's legal liability arising out of damage to or loss of property belonging to guests of the insured while the property is in a safe-deposit box in the insured's business premises. The ISO form is used primarily to insure businesses that provide lodging facilities—for example, hotels. A Surety Association of America (SAA) form is typically used to insure financial institutions.
