hostile work environment sexual harassment

A form of sexual harassment occurring when such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment. Coverage for such claims is covered under employment practices liability (EPL) policies.
