employers liability coverage

This coverage is provided by Part 2 of the basic workers compensation policy and pays on behalf of the insured (employer) all sums that the insured shall become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury (BI) by accident or disease sustained by any employee of the insured arising out of and in the course of his or her employment by the insured.
