designated workplaces exclusion endorsement

A standard workers compensation endorsement (WC 00 03 02) that removes coverage for injuries sustained at workplaces listed in the endorsement. Commonly used on contractors' policies to exclude coverage with respect to projects on which the contractor is covered under a wrap-up insurance program. (See Designated operations exclusion endorsement for a description of similar endorsements that can be used to do likewise with respect to commercial general liability insurance.)
