bodily injury by disease—policy limit (workers compensation)

An aggregate limit of Part Two, Employers Liability, stipulating the most the insurer will pay for employee bodily injury (BI) by disease claims during the policy period (normally a year) regardless of the number of employees who make such claims. In the event the policy is for a period longer than 1 year, the limit is reinstated for each subsequent 12-month period.
