bodily injury by accident limit (workers compensation)

The most the insurer will pay under Part Two, Employers Liability, for all claims arising out of any one accident, regardless of how many employee claims or how many related claims (such as a loss of consortium suit brought by the injured worker's spouse) arise out of the accident.
