We respect your privacy. This International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI),
privacy policy outlines the information we collect on our Web sites, how we use
it, and when it may be shared with others. The information collected will vary depending

Data Collection and Cookies
Our Web servers automatically recognize the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of
visitors to our sites. We collect aggregate information on the dates and times people
visit our sites, IP addresses, what pages visitors access or visit, operating systems
and Web browsers visitors use to access our sites, and the sites that refer visitors

As a service for our visitors and customers, we publish various e-mail newsletters.
Each newsletter is published on a specific schedule, and we send no additional e-mails
to e-mail newsletter subscribers. Each newsletter issue includes specific instructions
for removing your e-mail address from the mailing list.
We occasionally send customers who subscribe to our reference services in print,
online, or on CD-ROM or who have attended our conferences e-mails with news about
IRMI or our products or services.

us with information on products and services or upcoming events. We may also share

If you supply us with your telephone number, you may receive telephone contact from
us with information regarding products and services or upcoming events. With one

Making Changes or Opting Out

address to which a newsletter is sent, follow the directions to unsubscribe and

noted above, we will add you to our do-not contact and/or do-not-share lists upon
request.

Policy Changes
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not
previously disclosed in our privacy policy. If our information practices change
at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify

being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by
