Ms. Schoenfeld is a risk management consultant with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin
in its Dallas office. She was elected to the Honor Society, Psi Chi, before
graduating cum laude from Hofstra University with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation.
Ms. Schoenfeld has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, many
of which were spent in a home office claims management capacity. She was the
national claim manager for the National Rural Electric Cooperatives' sponsored
insurance program. Ms. Schoenfeld joined Towers Perrin in July 1994 as a risk
management consultant from another independent international consulting firm.
Her practice includes a specialty in risk management and financing issues,
risk management information systems selection and implementation, claims operational,
and administration concerns. Ms. Schoenfeld's clients include Fortune 500 and
100 companies, public entities, associations, and pools. Her consulting services
