Ms. Schoenfeld is a risk management consultant with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin in its Dallas office. She was elected to the Honor Society, Psi Chi, before graduating cum laude from Hofstra University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation.

Ms. Schoenfeld has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, many of which were spent in a home office claims management capacity. She was the national claim manager for the National Rural Electric Cooperatives' sponsored insurance program. Ms. Schoenfeld joined Towers Perrin in July 1994 as a risk management consultant from another independent international consulting firm.
