Mr. Haynes is a highly experienced professional with over 11 years of experience
in public accounting, with specialties in the analysis of complex insurance
claims, litigation support, business valuations, damage calculations, and forensic
accounting. Specifically, he has been heavily involved in the quantification
of economic damages resulting from first- and third-party property and casualty
claims, loss of earnings, and time element losses. He has also handled reviews
of claims for fraud/employee dishonesty, extra-expense, contingent business
interruption, loss of rents, and subrogation claims; and analytical reviews
of economic damage claims. Specifically, he has performed reviews of multimillion
dollar business interruption/loss of rents claims, as well as the analysis of
multimillion dollar litigation/arbitration disputes on the behalf of both plaintiffs’
and defense counsel.
Mr. Haynes is a certified public accountant, is certified in financial forensics,
and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Philadelphia Loss
Conference, and is an association member of the Association of Certified Fraud
Examiners. He received his Master of Professional Accountancy and a BS in accounting
and finance from West Virginia University.
