Elizabeth R. Michaelis

Ms. Michaelis is one of the presenters for Workshop W9, “Practical Strategies for Managing the Risks of Distressed Assets,” on Wednesday afternoon. Ms. Michaelis is an innovative thinker with broad-based expertise in operations, finance, business development, sales, and marketing. Ms. Michaelis is a graduate of Brigham Young University and has worked at Quality Built for more than 13 years.

Ms. Michaelis is considered one of the leading professionals in the complex business of construction quality assurance and risk management, experience that she gained as she led Quality Built from a small organization to become the country’s leading provider of third-party quality assurance services. Today she has led Quality Built, LLC down new paths following the tremendous changes that have occurred in the country’s current construction and inspection management industries.
