Ronn Lehmann

Mr. Lehmann is one of the presenters for Workshop M5, “Improving the Effectiveness of Risk Management Programs,” on Monday. He is a consultant, speaker, and facilitator, specializing in Organizational Cultures and Strategies. He has been providing value to organizations of all sizes in the United States, Europe, and Asia since 1987.

Mr. Lehmann spent 10 years with Wilson Learning Corporation before starting his own business: Cool Learning Stuff. His clients have included Microsoft, IBM, Kraft, Cathay Pacific, Kroger, FirstUSA Bank, Hormel, 3M, Jamba Juice, and Porsche.

Over the past 2 years, he has conducted cultural evaluations for 17 construction companies to help them assess how their culture is supporting or hindering the achievement of their safety, risk management, and other goals.

Mr. Lehmann has also contributed to several books, including Even Eagles Need A Push, by David McNally, and Making the Grass Greener on Your Side, by Ken Melrose, CEO of Toro Corporation.
