Ms. Guenther is presenting Workshop H1, "Practical Ways To Cut Workers Comp Costs," on Thursday. She has more than 30 years in the insurance industry and joined the WillisHRH team in 1994. Prior to that, she spent 2 years as an analyst for the National Council on Compensation Insurance.

She is a specialist in workers compensation with experience in both marketing and underwriting capacities and has facilitated numerous seminars and workshops to local and international audiences alike.

She has published numerous articles on workers compensation topics and regularly testifies before Colorado legislators on workers compensation bills. She is a past president of the Colorado Chapter of Professionals in Workers’ Compensation, a past board member of the Workers' Compensation Coalition, and past appointed member of the Governor's Workers' Compensation Task Force.

She holds a cum laude B.A. in Criminal Justice from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and is presently pursuing her graduate degree in Communication from the same institution. Ms. Guenther maintains four professional designations: Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
