Ms. Guenther is one of the presenters for Workshop W4, "Controlling Workers Comp Costs," on Wednesday morning. She has more than 30 years' experience in the insurance industry and joined the Willis team in 1994. Prior to that, she spent 2 years as an analyst for the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) and 15 years with CIGNA Insurance Company. She is a specialist in workers compensation with experience in both marketing and underwriting disciplines.

She has facilitated numerous seminars to local and international audiences alike and has authored several articles on workers compensation topics. She regularly testifies before Colorado legislators on workers compensation bills and is a past president of the Colorado Chapter of Professionals in Workers’ Compensation, a current advisory board member of the Workers' Compensation Coalition, and past appointed member of the Governor's Workers' Compensation Task Force.

She holds two cum laude degrees: B.A. in Criminal Justice and an M.A. in Communication, from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She holds an academic certificate in conflict resolution from the same institution. Ms. Guenther maintains four professional designations: Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
