Thomas Grandmaison

Mr. Grandmaison is one of the speakers for Workshop W2, "Getting Up to Speed on Alternative Project Delivery Systems," on Wednesday morning. He is Senior Vice President of Construction Liability for Lexington Insurance Company. He is responsible for establishing underwriting and service strategies, as well as premium production and profitability. He has worked at Lexington Insurance Company since August 2003, when he started as AVP, Product Line Manager.

Prior to joining Lexington, Mr. Grandmaison was the Northeast Regional Vice President for Zurich Construction. He held a number of managerial positions over his 4 years at Zurich. Mr. Grandmaison started his career at Aetna Life & Casualty in their National Accounts Department in 1987, later moving to Travelers’ Construction after their merger in 1995. Mr. Grandmaison has focused solely on construction underwriting for the last 14 years.

Mr. Grandmaison holds a B.A. in Management from Assumption College in Worcester, MA.
