Steven M. Charney

Mr. Charney is one of the speakers for Workshop M4, "Filling Your 'Green' Toolbox," on Monday. He is a co-managing partner of Peckar & Abramson. Mr. Charney actively counsels and represents some of the nation's most prominent contractors. His extensive academic training is complimented by his background as a contractor prior to entering the practice of law. Mr. Charney lectures nationally regarding construction contracting and actively serves on leading national committees. Mr. Charney is also a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers. He received his Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, studied for his graduate degree from the School of Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology, and received his law degree from Seton Hall University, as an evening student while working full time in the construction industry.
