James H. Costner CPCU, ARM

Prior to his retirement in 2011 from Willis North America, Mr. Costner served as Senior Vice President, Property Practice, where he consulted with Willis offices and their large clients on matters related to property insurance coverage design, marketing, and loss adjusting. He has taught risk management at the American University in Washington, DC, and insurance law, property insurance, and property insurance underwriting at Nashville Tech in Tennessee. In addition to his extensive speaking experience, Mr. Costner is widely published, contributing many articles in leading industry publications.
