Most states require individuals who wish to become insurance
agents/brokers or claims adjusters to take a course covering topics
specified by the state. Once the course is completed, a licensing exam
must be passed. Through IRMI subsidiary
WebCE, we offer online life and
health insurance prelicense training courses and an
insurance adjuster
prelicense training course. These insurance prelicense training
courses are specifically written for each state's insurance prelicensing
exam content outline to ensure the student doesn't spend time studying
unrelated material. The high-quality courses are interactive and include
multimedia presentations and sample test questions, which allow students
to learn what they need to know to become licensed agents, brokers, or
adjusters. And the cost is much less than traditional classroom training
courses.
The online insurance
adjuster prelicense training course includes the state of Texas'
required exam, which may be completed without the need to travel to a
Texas testing center. With reciprocity in some 29 other states, this
allows an adjuster in any state to become licensed in 30 states by
completing our online Texas course, passing our exam, and filing the
necessary paperwork in all states. If you have a need to get licensed as
an adjuster in multiple states to serve on catastrophe (CAT) teams, this
is an efficient and inexpensive way to do it.
