Tyrone R. Childress

Mr. Childress is a partner in the Insurance Recovery and Commercial Trial Practice Groups in the Los Angeles office of Howrey LLP. He has been involved extensively in major multiparty complex insurance coverage litigation and has advised a wide range of clients, from major Fortune 500 multinational corporations to small enterprises and individuals seeking coverage for a wide variety of claims. Mr. Childress also conducts an active commercial litigation practice in other areas, including railroad, product defect, real estate, environmental, toxic tort, Proposition 65, breach of contract, fraud, and indemnity disputes.
