Mr. Bennett, an attorney and a certified RIMS Fellow, has, for 25 years, been a successful commercial litigator and adviser to senior management. He currently focuses his practice on consulting for corporate clients, facing a broad spectrum of high stakes legal controversies and operational risks, as well as providing advice on litigation avoidance and the management of outside counsel. Mr. Bennett is an honors graduate of the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University and received his law degree from the Beasley College of Law at Temple University.
