CRIS Continuing Education Program Approved by NAIW for CPIW/M Professional

DALLAS—International Risk Management Institute,
Inc. (IRMI), is pleased to announce certification of the Construction Risk and
Insurance SpecialistTM (CRIS) designation and continuing education program as
meeting one of the educational requirements for obtaining the Certified Professional
Insurance Woman/Man (CPIW/M) designation. The National Association of Insurance
Women (NAIW), which administers the CPIW/M designation, reviewed the CRIS program
and deemed it worthy of serving as one of the prerequisites for the designation.
The CRIS designation and CE program was developed by IRMI to make it much
easier for insurance agents, brokers, CSRs, in-house risk managers or insurance
buyers, and insurance company underwriters to gain specialized expertise in
construction insurance and risk management. Since its launch in March 2005,
more than 300 professionals have earned the CRIS designation. More details about
