DALLAS—Technology, media, privacy,
and e-Business risks are some of the most misunderstood and potentially
catastrophic risks facing most businesses today. Businesses' increasing
reliance on technology of all types, including the Internet, is causing
a convergence of risk profiles faced by different companies that previously
had disparate risks. Based on high attendee ratings of the Tech-eRisk
2004 series, International Risk Management Institute, Inc. and Mike
Rossi of Insurance Law Group are teaming up again to offer an enhanced
Tech-eRisk 2005 series in March. The seminar series will inform risk
managers, insurance agents, brokers, underwriters, and attorneys about
how to manage and properly insure technology, media, and eBusiness risks.
The seminars will be held at hotels near major airports in the following
cities: Las Vegas on March 1–2, Dallas on March 16–17, and Orlando on
March 22–23.
The seminars will be presented by two industry experts, Michael Rossi
and Amit Yoran. Mr. Rossi is president of Insurance Law Group, Inc.,
a law firm dedicated to providing legal services to risk managers of
large multinational corporations headquartered throughout the world.
Mr. Rossi will provide a thorough analysis of insurance for media, tech,
and cyber exposures, including a detailed plan for assuring that proper
coverage is put into place. Amit Yoran coordinated our nation’s activities
in cyber security in 2003 and 2004, working with the Secretary of Homeland
Security. He will provide attendees with invaluable insights into the
threats facing U.S. businesses.
The registration fee is $697, with substantial discounts for groups.
