below. Of course, the regulatory bodies have final authority on course acceptance
and credit amounts. When we receive approval we will reflect it in the chart.

IRMI is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy
(NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry
of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance

Attorneys
IRMI is also an approved MCLE provider in the state of California and files
its programs in select states, shown below. Attorneys in most other states should
be able to file and receive CLE credit. If CLE has not already been approved
in your state, please follow IRMI’s guidelines to obtain a certificate of completion.
We will be happy to provide additional materials (e.g., outlines, speaker biographies,
etc.) at the request of attendees or licensing entities. Please contact the

The Texas Residential Construction Commission recently implemented a
program which requires builders to obtain continuing education credits.
These approvals apply to both the general and Texas Star Builder
requirements.

International Risk Management Institute, Inc., is a Registered Provider with
The American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Systems. This seminar
will be filed for 11.25 Learning Units (LU) for both the Construction Defect
and Contract Risk Management seminars and 12.0 Learning Units (LU) for both
the Wrap-Ups and Contract Documents seminars. Credit earned on completion of
these programs will be reported to CES Records for AIA members. Certificates
of Completion for non-AIA members are available on request.
Program Level and Credit Hours
These are group-live programs for professionals with all levels of knowledge
in the subject matter. No advance preparation is required.
Unless otherwise prohibited, the number of hours of attendance credit that
IRMI will certify is based on your actual hours in attendance evidenced by attendance
vouchers deposited in accordance with our stated procedures. (The credit per
session varies, depending on the number of minutes actually spent in the session.)
Please do not ask us to certify attendance in excess of that for which you have
deposited attendance vouchers as required. Suggested credit hours are as follows:
