Associate in Management (AIM)

Professional designation awarded by the Insurance Institute of America (IIA) upon successful completion of three national exams, two of which are designed specifically for this program and one which is a CPCU exam. Dealing with contemporary management principles, the program is designed for upper and middle managers as well as those who are about to move into such positions.
